Biblical Response to the New Age Movement

Introduction:
    Over the last few weeks, we have spent much time discussing the New Age Movement. New Agers believe man is developing and soon to leap into new spiritual horizons. They believe man is a divine being and can create his own reality. They believe man and nature are on an equal level. Man is no more important than a bird, fish, etc. Some New Ager’s worship the earth. They believe God is impersonal, that man is not a sinner, and that Jesus is not the only way to God. With these beliefs in place—it may seem impossible to ever reach someone who is in this religion. But, with God all things are possible, and the gospel can reach all sorts of people. What should we teach someone involved in this movement?
