Rock or Sand?
Introduction:
We might compare the foolish builder to the nominal Christian. This is the one who is not a careful Bible student—by consulting God’s plans; is not really interested in the message preached; and picks out subjects/passages which are most appealing to him. Jesus has called for an obedience to His word which is profound and all encompassing! Our obedience must be from the heart as a way to express our faith and love. It is imperative that we build upon Jesus Christ & His word! But, how can we know whether we are a wise or foolish person? We know that our work will be tested, but how? We’ll get the biblical answers in our lesson:
I. Foolish or wise?
A. A wise person….
