Every Careless Word

Introduction:
   
Our daily battle with the tongue is one that we will fight from now till death. Said anything lately that you regret? We usually have a deep respect for those who are of “few words.” What we say is important! What we say can come back to haunt us! See the text of this lesson. Verses 36-37 contain some scary words, don’t they? What does Jesus mean by a careless word? What do careless words reveal about our character? How can we change our character? We are known by our fruits and must do our best to control our tongue!
