The Bible & Baptism (1)

Introduction:

The topic of baptism receives a great deal of attention in the New Testament. Most groups calling themselves “Christians” practice form or mode of baptism. While most religions perform some sort of baptism—as many as 90% teach that it is not a requirement for salvation. Those that do—earn for themselves a listing on the internet cult awareness site. This shows how strongly some reject this teaching. In many religious circles, the subject of baptism is not brought up for fear of offending someone. We don’t wish to offend anyone in today’s lessons but present factual bible teaching on this matter.
