Belief Vs. Trust
Introduction:
To launch out into the Christian life we must learn to trust in God and the reality of His promises. A major problem men face is failing to realize the reality of heaven/hell; the reality that God keeps His promises and means what He says. Are we willing to trust enough in God to bring our lives into submission to His will? While our lives often spell out that we believe in God—how far are we willing to go to prove our trust in Him? Note the problem of the men in Jhn. 12:42-43. They believed in Jesus, but didn’t trust Him.
